The product range includes CEE sockets, CEE plugs and device plugs, CEE couplings, CEE wall sockets, phase inverters, protective contact plugs, direct current plugs, low voltage plugs, plugs for event technology, TN plugs, explosion-proof plugs and phase sequence indicators. This also includes socket combinations, Schuko sockets, flush-mounted sockets, wall sockets and block distributors. Bals Elektrotechnik products are used wherever safe power plug connections are required. This can be a private household, a commercial enterprise or a company in the mining, automotive, leisure and tourism sectors, pharmaceuticals, heavy industry, accident and disaster control or logistics. Bals is a German family business from Kirchhundem-Albaum. Here are parts of the production as well as the development department, marketing, sales and administration. Another plant, built in 1994 and expanded several times, is located in Freiwalde, Brandenburg. It has state-of-the-art production facilities and a high-performance logistics center. The entire production takes place in Germany. The company was born in 1957, when Günter Bals and his wife Elisabeth founded Bals Elektrotechnik as an addition to the existing forwarding company. Initially, the focus was on the manufacture of industrial plugs and sockets, but this has steadily expanded. The company currently has several agencies in Germany and is also present in almost every country in the world.
