The software reads the configuration from the node and displays it as a graphic on the screen. The graphic can be printed out together with a configuration list as documentation. The software enables the process data of individual Bus Terminals to be displayed and specified. This allows the field-side wiring, including all existing sensors and actuators, to be checked during commissioning. With certain interfaces Pt100 and thermocouple terminals, application-specific settings, such as the selection of the baud rate or the sensor types, can be made. For communication between WAGO-I/O-CHECK and the node, the coupler is connected to a free serial or USB port on the PC using the communication cable included in the scope of delivery of the kit.
